Relocation steps
Step 1: Assess and Plan
A Diamond Engineer will meet with you to assess your business telephony requirements. We will complete a full site survey of your premises to determine your needs and whether any changes to your existing service are required. You will receive a detailed plan and timeline together with a cost proposal for the move or expansion.
Step 2: Provision Services
Our experienced Installation and Moves Team will manage the ordering and connection of all line plant and related services in an efficient and timely manner to minimise any disruption to your business.
Step 3: Move
Our Engineer will make sure all equipment is securely packed, properly labelled and installed at your new premises within the agreed timescales.
Step 4: Go Live
Our Engineer will train your staff and ensure the work has been completed to your satisfaction before leaving premises. If for any reason there is additional work to be completed, we will agree a return date with you as soon as possible.
